I offer 1:1 health and wellness coaching designed to support clients in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that form from their personal values, goals, and their vision for well-being. Coaching is a collaborative partnership that empowers clients to take meaningful steps toward improved wellness in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and individualized.

We will explore your values to clarify what matters most to you, and to dive deeper into your “why”.

Strengths-Based Coaching

As a team, we work up from your strengths to build confidence and resilience.

Vision Setting and Reflection

We will do exercises in vision setting, reflection, and self-awareness to create a meaningful direction and to identify patterns and potential challenges.

Goal Setting and Action Planning

Goal setting and action planning comes in to help you achieve the goals that derive from your overall vision.

Working as a collaborative partnership, these tools and methods will help us develop insights into motivation, autonomy, confidence, and much more.

My coaching approach is rooted in evidence-based behavior change strategies and whole-person full-body wellness practices.
