I offer 1:1 coaching and am officially opening my Founding Member pricing as I complete my National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach exam. The Founder’s Rate is $75 for the initial 1 hour session, and $45 for each weekly reoccurring session.
I also offer a structured 12-week coaching experience for those looking for a more in-depth transformation. The Hayes Method includes 12 weekly calls, personalized plan, habit + check-in tracker, and messaging support. This package is $570.
